Q: can I use this spout on my other gas cans?

  • A: Hello, thank you for your question. Per the vendor, "Yes, the customer can use this spout on any Scepter manufactured cans. Which is the Scepter SmartControl, and the Scepter Ameri-Can lines. It can not be used on cans that were not manufactured by Scepter."

Q: Can the nozzle be bought separately for when the plastic breaks down and starts leaking?

  • A: Hi, We do not carry the replacement nozzle, however, replacement parts and accessories can be ordered directly from Scepter.

Q: How do you fill this can? White screen causes gas to splash and flow back. I have purchased but there is no info on can about this.

Best “safety” can

Can is easy to use and while I don’t prefer the “safety” can, this can is the best “safety” can to use!! I use this style of can for both my gasoline and diesel, color appropriate.

Green tab snapped off before I even got a drop out. Stupid safety regulating spout is junk. Have $30 of gas stuck in the can now until I go buy a funnel to pour directly from the can.

Dangerous Product - Do Not Purchase

This is a very dangerous product... when sitting out of the sun and on my carport, it builds up pressure and just leaks all over the ground. UNSAFE DO NOT Purchase! If I could give it less than one star, I would.
