Water based formula sucks

First time I have used Thompson water seal since it went water based. Will never use again. Bring back the old formula. I use to apply it all the time, loved it. New water based formula sucks. Will not buy again.

Thank you for your review. The milky white product you used was the new VOC compliant formula. Any VOC compliant products will generally have a lower volume of solvents than the "original" formulation. It is supposed to be milky in the can and dries clear. Unfortunately we are no longer able to make the old oil based formula. Horrible product

This product is horrible. Husband power washed the driveway. Looked like it was brand new. Sprayed this product on a couple days later. The driveway now looks dark and dirty with patches of white sticky. We waited for 48 hours to drive the cars on it. It sticks to the bottom of our shoes and then transferred on to our porch. We power washed the driveway again trying to remove the product. No luck. Still looks terrible. Don't waste your money. You will be disappointed in the results. It ruined the appearance of our driveway.

Do Not Buy for Concrete Driveway!

Once applied, this sealer caused dark streaks to form on your driveway that we are told may or may not disappear over time! I do NOT like the way it looks on my driveway and ceased using the product once it became evident what was going on!
No, I do not recommend this product.

Says it goes on to clear drives White I don't know how much longer it has to drive because the white residue is dry to the touch the stuff used to be good now it's junk
