Q: My outdoor shed has been finished with a cost of your cedar natural tone semi transparent Maximum Stain and Sealant. Can I paint over this without the stain bleeding through eventually or do you recommend a primer on top of this before painting?

- A: I would let the sealer cure for a minimum of 30 days, and then if wanting to paint it, yes, a stain blocking primer such as PPG Seal grip/gripper should be used.
