Q: Does this cover 350 ft with one coat or two coats
16 days ago- A: Hi Timothy, This 5-gallon container covers up to 1,750 square feet when applying the recommended two coats. The coverage for a single gallon is up to 350 square feet.14 days agoHelpful?
Q: How do you cleanup
2 months ago- A: Soap and water.2 months agoHelpful?
Q: Will this make the deck slick or slippery
3 months ago- A: All water proofers, including Seal-Once, repel water. Water sitting on top of wood will be slippery. I like to use 3M non-skid strips and apply to strategic areas3 months agoHelpful?
Q: Can this sealer be applied using a pump up sprayer
3 months ago- A: Hi Neighbor! Yes, you can apply this sealer using a sprayer, but you must immediately back brush the area while it is still wet. Brushing is necessary to push the product into the wood for better penetration. Reviewers also note that the sealer applies smoothly when using a sprayer.3 months agoHelpful?
Q: can this be used on rubber stall mats?
8 months ago- A: Hi Neighbor! No, this is designed for use on wood products.8 months agoHelpful?
Q: Can you use this to seal concrete
a year ago- A: Seal-Once clear sealer is not recommended for use on concrete. We no longer manufacture a concrete sealer, Seal-Once concrete and masonry sealer has been discontinued.a year agoHelpful?
Q: Can this product be used in the spray gun? And if so, how far is the over spray before it dries?
a year ago- A: If you spray or roll, you must immediately brush the area you just rolled or sprayed using a traditional paint brush. It is called back brushing. Brushing is very important. The brush pushes the product into the wood for better penetration. Do not spray or roll and leave it to dry, it must be back brushed. Example of how to coat a deck or fence using Seal-Once: If you spray or roll, you must immediately back brush the area. You begin at the end of two boards. You will brush to the other end of the same two boards. Now apply a second coat to the same 2 boards. Apply the second coat within 5-10 minutes of the first coat. The second coat must be applied while the first coat is still wet. (Wet on wet application). Push the product into the wood with the brush. Spread it out evenly. Do not allow it to puddle. Wipe off any excess with a rag.a year agoHelpful?
