Motor mounts were loose

I think it's a good machine. However, when I removed it from the box there was a nut in the box. One motor mount did not have a nut and two others weren't even finger tight. I should get something for finishing the assembly job. Glad I didn't start it up the way it was assembled.

Set up was quick and easy. My wife did the assembly and added oil and gas. She was able ti crank it up and begin power washing in short order. It cleaned scale/mold off of a faux wood fence very well. After one use we are very pleased. Note: the manual was missing one page of set up instructions (English only missing). We were able to access the mfgr website and download the needed info.

Yes, I recommend this product.
