Designed for performance, the 90029 OEM Technologies Axial Cam Pump is highly efficient and minimizes engine load. This easy-to-install pump replacement kit is for gas pressure washers with a horizontal engine and a 3/4 diameter shaft, such as the Honda GC190 and Honda GX200. This pump can produce up to 3400 PSI at 2.5 GPM. The 90029 has stainless steel pistons for improved seal life and features a stainless steel integrated unloader with our easy-start system. Additionally, the pump's robust construction ensures durability under high pressure, extending the life of your pressure washer. Its compact design allows for seamless integration with existing setups, making it a versatile choice for various cleaning tasks. The SAE standard bolt pattern that fits most* gas-powered pressure washers. Each kit includes a siphon tube with filter, mounting bolts, shaft key, and instruction booklet to get your machine back in action as quickly as possible.
- Skip the Oil Change: This pump features a maintenance-free crankcase so you never have to change the oil. It is manufactured from fully anodized die-cast aluminum for protection against corrosion.
- Extended Durability: A Thermal Relief Valve (TRV) protects the pump from overheating while in bypass mode. The TRV releases small amounts of hot water and intakes cooler water to prevent overheating and extend the life of the pump.

Tiny, tough, LONG LIFE... 12 years!

Ok.. this little guy has lived through 2, yes TWO , Honda engines (Yes they were properly maintained, gc160 died, moved to Gx200)! 12 years ago! It has been left hooked up to a garden hose nearly constantly, outside 100% of the time, accidentally frozen at least five times, has outlived two other triplex style pumps, (one triplex died and donated its Gx200!) I have literally been baffled by the durability of this pump... It may not be the most GPM or the highest pressure.. but it is an absolute beast, almost indestructible! The amazing part? Towards the end of its life, unbeknownst to me, it developed a pressure-side water leak towards the sealed oil case side.. at some time during the last year all of the oil was replaced with water... The dang thing ran with water as lubricant instead of oil for what I'm guessing is the better part of this last year.... UNREAL Lol!
The only way I ended up knowing this was due to the growling of the bearings... IT WAS STILL WASHING WHEN I TOOK IT APART! ABSOLUTELY BUY THIS! TAKE BETTER CARE OF IT THAN I DID AND THERE IS NO TELLING HOW LONG IT WILL LAST! And to the engineer who designed this product... Be proud, you've made something that truly makes people's lives easier!
