Great, especially for the price

Great deal for what you get, even better if you pick it up on sale. Was easy to setup, but the instructions felt unorganized; luckily there is a quick start guide and assembly is very straightforward. The only thing I've disliked is the provided hose, it will tangle up on you and it's annoyingly difficult to get it untangled.

Coercion is not a good look

The box advertised two free second‑story cleaning tips, but the catch was you only get them if you leave a review. As soon as I registered, the review prompt popped up—even though I had barely finished assembling the washer. After confirming with the company that submitting a review would trigger the free tips, I posted an honest, unflattering one. Since then, the company has gone silent, and the promised tips never arrived. Tying “free gifts” to reviews is coercive, and ignoring customers who don’t leave glowing feedback is an even worse look.
