Missing The Scrubber

Ordered online. Picked up at the store. Opened the box before leaving. The 15" scrubber was missing. Took it back in the store. They told me to call customer solutions. Sat on hold for 45 minutes, before I rolled the cart back in the store and returned it.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Missing Parts!!

The item was not delivered as promised. I still have not received the scrub head that was to come with the unit. I have not received a call to explain.
