15 months and 3 uses and the wand and recoil started broke. Took 3 weeks to get service and they won't replace the wand because that is only warranted for 90 days. Recoil starter snapped back and hit me in the chest. Next pull the cord came completely out. Instead of replacing the started, they rewond it and charged me for labor which is not covered under warranty. This was advertised as a "PREMIUM" pressure washer. My old Craftsman worked flawlessly for 7 years before I bought this. Buyer beware!!! Never buy Simpson again.

This pressure washer is a beast it storm and washer awesome. I can’t see anything bad with it. I use it to wash my semi and concrete. Works absolutely great. Would not hesitate to buy it again.

Decent machine, cons are handle is very low making it extremely difficult to move around and it takes 2-4 pulls to start which is a lot for an old body. Otherwise, it seems Ok in the first 2 uses.
No, I do not recommend this product.
