Thinning is normally not required for an airless sprayer but can be thinned up to 5% by volume using mineral spirits if necessary. For the price it is a fantastic paint. I absolutely love the color I painted my 95 nissan truck with it then gave it a clearcoat. Turned out pretty good for a novice. I recommend using a hardner just not too much.

I used this paint on an older tractor I have been restoring. This paint stuck great and covered nicely. Did a little sanding on the parts I painted and it went on great. Spray is strong and even and doesnt run even when put on a little heavy.
