Not as easy to install as described.

It is a quality piece, it's just not as easy to install as they'd have you believe. A few notes to consider: 1) The directions do not list deep-well sockets but you will need one unless, I assume, your install requires all of the 3/8" spacers. 2) One of the 15/16" bolts is simply unreachable using a torque wrench. This is due to the shape of the bracket. It would have worked without the deep-well socket but the bolt is too long for the short socket. 3) It is not a simple bolt-on install for all trucks (including my 2000 GMC 2500 classic body). Removal of weld-nuts and reaming holes is necessary. Total install time: 3.5 hours (including a 30 minute drive to buy a 15/16" deep-well socket.

Wouldn’t fit what it said it would

The box said it would fit a Chevy 1500HD but was no where close to fitting. Ended up ordering a Curt 16,000lb hitch that was way better for just a little more money.

Disappointment

I drove over an hour to pick it up because it was the last one in stocks. I go get it get home and it was the wrong size. Tractor supply would not make it right by letting me get the right size I needed because the one I bought was on sale. So I get nothing for all my trouble. I will have to just get a refund and hopefully find the right size on sale next year maybe
