Picked this up after ordering online for the special. Wasted hours with this thing for it to just simply not work. Wish I could elaborate how it cuts but the thing wouldn’t even start. This is not my first gas tool so I know everything was primed and good to go. To make sure I dumped everything out cleared the lines and started over and still nothing. Popped out the spark plug and everything was good there by all appearances. Would have loved to use it if they could even get it to me functional. Customer service wasn’t much of a help. First impressions of this brand and customer service are terrible.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Product good, customer service sucks

Bought this because the price was right and I wasn't going to be using it alot. So far the saw itself runs great. Only problem I have is with the manufacturers customer service. I broke the handle after a tree branch fell on it. I contacted Prorun, and i have yet to hear anything after 3 weeks after multiple attempts. I just want to buy a new handle and no where can you just buy parts. Anyone looking for a pole saw, I highly recommend either renting one, or buy a more well known reputable brand. I will certainly not buy anything else made from this company.
