Q: Pole rigidity: how much more rigid is a foam core pole versus a hollow core pole? How much more does a 6 foot section of foam core pole weigh versus a 6 foot section of hollow core pole?

- A: Hi! Thank you for asking. Per the vendor: The foam filled poles are more rigid than the hollow poles. There is not a huge weight difference, maybe half a pound to a pound per pole.3 years agoHelpful?

Q: I would like to use this type of pole for my pressure washing business. I hope to mount a car brush head on one of the poles. I can not tell how the ends are made so one can connect pruner, etc.

- A: The ends of the poles (ferrules) are designed to fit only other Jameson poles and tool heads. You will need to modify your brush to make it fit the pole. Jameson offers a replacement male ferrule (P/N FG-M) if you are willing to modify your brush by attaching the mating male ferrule to it.5 years agoHelpful?

Order status unknown but TS is investigating

It’s been 14 days since my online order was placed. I visited the local TS store in Elizabeth City two days ago and was greeted by a most helpful associate who performed computer searches and phone calls. However, to no avail, I now await a call from someone with TS this week. Seems there is evidence of my order, my accounts have been debited, TS computer system shows the order, but, in this world of computers, currently, we just don’t know where my order resides. Alas, I wait. But, they’re just poles, I can wait.

They make my 12 foot saws into 24 foot saws. 18 foot isn't too bad but go to 24 and it gets tricky. But it gets the job done.
