Assembly was easy, the product looks nice, it started easily and ran well, and then I started using it. My first thought was “this thing is very heavy.” The off switch is in the wrong place. I trimmed two large bushes and accidently hit the off switch about 12 times (no joke). Very frustrating. I got so tired of having to remove the harness to restart, so I tried restarting while strapped to my shoulder and broke the plastic harness adjustment. I then had my son follow me around to restart it. Restart was easy with his assistance. The fuel tank cap leaked. The gas cap feels cheap as was the mixing bottle provided (it also leaked). I was afraid of stripping the treads on both if I tightened them any tighter. I used 2 tanks of gas to trim two bushes and cut small limbs off 4 trees. The cut quality of the saw and hedge trimmer I would rate as poor. The saw was better than the trimmer. The pole extension after one use had deep indentations in the metal from what I would consider normal use. I was so frustrated with it that when finished, I started looking all over it to see where in China it was made. There is nothing in the paperwork or on the equipment that gives the country of origin (Very clever!). I bought it on sale, and it was cheap. It is something I will only use 3 to 4 hours a year. I am disappointed with the product and regret the purchase. I did not see any reviews before my purchase, I only saw "Be the first to review this product."

Nice looking unit, but for some reasons the attachments never went together, called customer service and they said might be problem with the splines not lining up so back it went.

Looked like a great deal for the Price! Pole saw and trimmer. put it together and the Saw Chain did not fit on the bar! I called Sportsman with no help! they told me it only comes with one chain! I said Only want a chain that fits!! the sad they would send me a video that maybe I missed something .. I tole them that I Owen 3 Cain saws and I know how to put a chain on. They sent 4 videos of someone putting gas and oil in it and cutting brush with it. So I packed it back up and took it back to Tractor Supply and got my money back. This is not TS fault this is Sportsman's Fault !! They could have sent me a chain that fit!!
