The 3300 Series is Made in the U.S.A and engineered with Professional Grade components able to withstand long and continuous duty cycles of Agricultural spray applications. Utilizing heavy 14 AWG wire leads the REMCO 3300 Series has low operating temperatures is extremely efficient. - A: Thanks for the question, Yes the pressure switch can be adjusted. There is a set screw on the face of the pressure switch that is 1/16th hex key (allen wrench), turning it clock-wise will increase the shut off pressure, counter-clockwise will decrease the shut off pressure. This should not be adjusted more than 3 full turns in any direction. - A: Thanks for your question, rapid cycling is the pump trying to run at or above the shut off pressure causing the pressure switch to cycle and off rapidly. I bought this pump and it was a quick and easy replacement. Fortunately replacing the same kind of pump because the box had been opened and the fittings were not there so I was able to use the fittings off of the previous pump

Each one lasted about 3 times

My sprayer came with this pump. I used it maybe 3 times and after that it wouldn’t get a suction. I called workhorse and they sent me a new pump. Installed the new pump, worked fine up until today and is having the same issue as the last one. I’m starting to think that these pumps just don’t last. Flushed with water after every use and always stored indoors.

Please reach out to us direct for troubleshooting, this can usually be solved over the phone. When a pump looses suction its can be for a number of different reasons, air leak on the inlet, debris in pump, low voltage to name a few.
