Poor service

I checked the box that said same day delivery. After I paid it said will not be processed for two business days and that same day delivery not available. So I called customer service and canceled it. The product came anyway. I called customer service again and they wanted me to go to town and return it. I refuse to do so since I had canceled the order so they Said UPS be there next day. UPS showed up and said they couldn’t take the box because it had no label. The label came the following day at 4:30 PM. Bad experience in hole.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Bryan, sorry you had that experience. The shipping had nothing to do with our company, that is something that you experienced with Tractor Supply. FimcoInc

Not sure what you're spraying through the pump or the maintenance and cleaning involved after use, but the pump should be lasting you longer than that. These high-performance pumps are warranted for 2 years. Please contact our customer service team at 800-831-0027 and they'll be happy to help troubleshoot the issue. FimcoInc

Bad Pump

Bought a high-flo pro 2.4 gpm 12 Volt 60 psi today at Tractor Supply in Vicksburg MS. Got home, removed the blue caps water poured out. Then I hooked everything up, it blowed a fuse. Changed fuse, it blew that fuse and motor never tried to run. Followed instructions on checking pressure switch, still only 2 slight clicks then nothing. Cut everything loose on wiring externally and wired direct, still nothing. I'm taking it back to store tomorrow. Going to check the next one in store using a store battery. If it doesn't work I'm finished with these product. The pump fittings need to be 2 of each size. Hose is same on top as it is bottom on most units.

Bruce, sorry you had that experience with the 2.4 GPM high-performance pump. Pumps are tested and that would explain the water you saw after removing the blue caps, as there is just no way to get all of the water or solution out of a pump. As for the pump blowing a fuse, it could be the diaphragm cam/bearing inside the pump, this was something that was discovered early last year and the majority of those pumps were discovered and repaired, but some did slip out. When the pumps were made, they would use a Loctite on some parts and when tested, they ran fine, as it hadn't set up yet. But over time it became hard enough to cause it to lock up the bearing. Most all of these pumps were discovered, but some had already slipped out before the discovery to distributors and with the number of distributors that order that pump, it's not something that is easy to narrow down. Taking a pliers and turning the bearing helps break that Loctite and then the pumps worked fine. You can always contact our customer service team at 800-831-0027 and they'll be happy to assist you in a replacement pump direct from the factory. FimcoInc
