This feed can be manufactured in the same facilities as products with medications that are not safe for horses and become cross-contaminated. In Addition, this product does not have copper, so it is not ideal for horses. It is intended for mixed herds that include sheep. All Purpose Cattle Mineral Block

I purchased this for deer put it on top of a stump and the first rain that hit it one whole side fell off lol. Which isn't going to hurt anything at all but never had that to happen with all the cheaper red salt blocks so don't believe it's going to last as long in the weather ,time will tell.

The deer seem to like it, but the product is softer than other mineral blocks and salt blocks I have purchased in the past. Therefore it is disappearing much faster than what I am accustomed to and will need to be replaced more often.
