PRODUCER'S PRIDE(R) 20% Cattle Cubes is a balanced protein and energy supplement designed to compensate the deficiencies of hay or pasture. Feed 2 to 4 pounds per head per day to cattle on fair to good quality pasture or hay. Poorly conditioned cattle or cattle maintained on poor quality pasture or hay should be fed 2 to 4 pounds twice daily. Do not feed to sheep. This product contains added copper.

- A: The issue with any cattle product, whether it is feed or molasses tubs, is that these products are manufactured in the same facility as products with medications, such as Bovatec, that are harmful and even fatal for horses. Even if a product itself contains no ingredients that are toxic to horses, there is always the risk of possible contamination from a previous product that went through the plant that does contain these ingredients. If a medicated cattle product goes through a line and then is followed by a non-medicated product, there is a risk of some of the medicated product hanging up in the equipment somewhere and ending up in a subsequent product as it comes through the same line. Or there is the risk of an error in manufacturing where a medication is put in a batch of feed accidentally6 months agoHelpful?

Excellent feed choice for production rabbits

These cubes Fed along with a quality legume and grass hay are perfect for maintaining producing rabbit does and their growing kits. Easy to feed, they love the taste and the results are very good. Does milk very well, have good coat and nails and maintain condition well. Kits grow fast and healthy on it.

Why did you change the ingredients?

I have been using your all natural 20% cattle cubes for a year and a half. Our grassfed Lowline Angus just lived them. But for the past 6 weeks I noticed they have been leaving them in their feed dishes all day. Now my bull won't touch them at all unless I spritz them with water and pour some mineral supplement over them. Also I have found cubes of different colors in my bags. Some looked like all corn others were streaked with black and still others were very green. This is nothing like the quality I'm used to purchasing or need for my grassfed cows.
I've praised tractor supply for this feed and convinced all the Lowline breeders I know here in Ocala FL and even some in South Carolina. to change over to it. I'm extremely irritated that there was no way to know over half of your ingredients have changed and no way to know what grain type of grain products and plant products you are now using. These products don't belong in a grassfed program and your cattle cubes were the only extra protein supplements my cattle get. I'm very disappointed.
WILL I RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO A FRIEND? NOT ANY MORE.

The first bag had mostly broken cubes to a coarse meal. These were purchased to put on ground. Meal is a 100% waste. If other 3 bags are similar I will cancel that subscription.

Hard to call it a cube about half the bag is more like a fine dust that and cube. Produce has gone down hill lately found this to be true of the last several bags I purchased.
