Stopped Working

This item stopped working after using 4 times.. Upon investigating the control box, it was found that the solenoid was burnt, which was caused by the manufacture stripping one of the wire screws.. Which in turn caused a short circuit... Why wasn't this checked prior to shipping for the end user? Manufacturer and shipper responsible... will they replace??

No, I do not recommend this product.

Winch des not fit my Polaris.

The mount does not fit my Polaris! The mount doesn't line up with with any of the holes on my universal winch mount. It's a Travelar Winch on my machine now! Very disappointed!!!
