Not happy. Upon trying to prime the auger for the first time, immediately got an error code and the suffer wouldn't turn. CS advised removing the bottom cover and checking to make sure the electrical components hadn't come loose. The bottom screws are torqued on unnecessarily tight and they strip out incredibly easy. Shouldn't need to be a mechanic to fire up a basic pellet grill. I'll be looking too unload this thing for whatever I can get and be done with Pit Boss for good.
No, I do not recommend this product.
