Q: Can you bake things with this grill?

    • A: Howdy neighbor! You can absolutely bake on this combination grill because its heavy-gauge steel lids trap heat to function just like a traditional oven. By using indirect heat on either the controlled propane burners or the charcoal smoker side, you can perfectly bake pizzas, breads, and desserts without burning the bottoms.

Q: Does the charcoal side have an adjustable grate

    1 Answer
    • A: Howdy neighbor! No, the charcoal side of the Oklahoma Joe's 3-Burner Canyon Combo Grill does not feature a height-adjustable charcoal grate. Instead, the charcoal basket sits at a fixed height at the bottom of the smoking chamber. To easily control your cooking temperatures and heat levels, you will rely entirely on managing the airflow by opening and closing the adjustable air dampers on the side firebox and the top smokestack.

    Great grill!

Bought this for my husband for Father’s Day and he loves it! We have used the gas grill and the smoker a couple of times now and it works great! It is very solid. Doesn’t feel cheaply made like some. I would definitely recommend this grill/smoker.

    Paint peeling

I was really excited for this grill. It seems like quality material, but the smoke box started to peel during the first ever use. I wasn’t even cooking, just doing the initial seasoning. Also, one of the thermometers doesn’t seem to work

    No Regrets

This is perfect for BBQing for one or two people. I bought this to replace an older Weber Genesis, that was too large for my current living situation. This has increased my method of cooking while not wasting gas to heat unnecessary space. The offset smoker works great, and after enough smoke has been generated the propane finishes off the meat. Just perfect. Lastly the Weber was a Sherman tank. This not so much. Should be adequate but just be careful with the 3-burner propane side. 3 burners is too much, even 2 is a bit crazy. With 3 at full setting I'm over 300 degrees in a couple of minutes, then back to 1 at the lowest seeing and I hold steady at 250. Lots and lots of power for a such a small cooking chamber. A propane bottle should last a long long time, and as long as I don't forget to power down and possibly burn down my house, this is good.

    Yes, I recommend this product.
