This is the best grill I have ever owned. The quality of this grill matches the quality of grills I looked at that were priced at $600-$1000 each. I won't mention the names of those other grills, because they do not deserve any free advertising. Everything about this grill speaks quality, especially it's cooking performance.

Misleading advertising-sent wrong grill

Beware, I went to my local store to purchase this grill on sale, as the website said they had it in stock. When I got there, they only had a 4-burner grill without the sear burner, yet were advertising it as the sear grill. So I ordered online only to be shipped the same incorrect non-sear grill. Now I'm unable to get a response from "Customer Service" despite MANY attempts by phone and email. WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IN YEARS.
No, I do not recommend this product.
