  • A: Hi. Unfortunately, there is no extended warranty from grower. The warranty is with Tractor Supply and ends at time of delivery and products are received. TSC would have to answer the question about ability to return. I would suggest calling TSC Customer Solutions phone number at 877-718-6750. Hope this helps!

Q: What? What are you talking about?!?!?! M1-11 is an APPLE rootstock! How did you manage to graft a peach tree onto it??

1 Answer
  • A: Again, someone that is not the producer of our trees answered that question. Our peach trees are grown on Guardian rootstock, then budded with semi dwarf varieties. In this instance, the Red Skin Peach. Again, pruning practices matter when growing any fruit tree as it encourages fruit production. In the past we have also utilized Halford rootstock but have phased that out in last few years as we believe Guardian to produce great, viable peach trees. Guardian has become the dominant rootstock in the southeastern peach industry because of its PTSL resistance.

Time will tell

The tree looks great but only time will tell if it’s strong and healthy. I gave it as good of a start as possible, with good soil amending, when I planted it, so we’ll see how it holds up.

Not the variety it was labeled as

I purchased 6 of the Redskin Peach at my local TS 4-5 years ago. 5 survived, one died he first year. the have since grown well and produced fruit they are all a white fleshed variety not yellow like Redskin is supposed to be. You can't do much with white fleshed peaches beside fresh eating. I plan on cutting all but one down

No, I do not recommend this product.

Red Skin Peach tree

They have only been in the ground a couple weeks but are doing great so far. They were also in good shape when I bought them, a lot of leaves falling off but nice damp container. This was a late summer purchase for fall planting.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Smaller than advertised

Although the trees are healthy, we picked them up today and I was expecting to be around 6'. They are definitely more in the 4' range. I thought that they were a bit inexpensive for the height, but then I didn't put the description on the website.

No, I do not recommend this product.
