Excellent Product!!!

We bought this over a year ago for our 2 100 lb dogs, a shepherd mix and chocolate lab. Took about 30 minutes for my husband and I to set it up and about another 30 minutes walking the dogs around the perimeter. Had to put the settings on 5 for the shepherd and only 3 for my lab. It works so well, that it seems the rabbits even know where the boundaries are! :) After around 4 months, we didn't put the collars on since the dogs would not cross the line. A few months ago, my lab has gone to doggy heaven and we have a new addition, a 1 1/2 year old Plott Hound that weighs 75 lbs. He was shocked a few times, but now runs about the yard and doesn't test it. Living out in a rural area, its nice to put the dogs out and now worry about them visiting the neighbors or getting in the road. We are very happy with this system and have highly recommended to our friends. We would definitely purchase it again!

WASTE OF MONEY

We have a 4 month old puppy, we have had nothing but problems with the collar, everytime we have to charge it, it does not work right. I have came home to find my 4 month old puppy in the front yard by the road. Then checked the collar and the light is flashing green "Meaning battery not dead" and test it to see if it was working and it was not beeping or shocking him is how he got out the boundary. We are constantly mailing off the non working collar to (PET SAFE) then they will mail you another referbished collar. Were now on the 3rd collar and haveing problems with it... WISH WE WOULDNT HAVE BOUGHT THIS EXPENSIVE NON WORKING JUNK........

I have had 2 of them and both have always lost signal with the collar and never wants to work properly. I got the first on when it went to acting up I took it back and got it exchanged for the same problem to keep happening. We went through all the trouble shooting steps and still had the same problem

Great system!

this is a great system, we have two dogs one is about 50 lb the other is only 9 lb actively stops them both from running out to the street to the street. it's also amazing because you don't have to dig any trenches in your yard. Been using it for over 2 years, our neighbors across the street turned us on to it and now the ones next to us bought it as well. really love that the boundary is adjustable.
