NO REPLACEMENT CHARGERS

This collar works great on my mini schnauzer, however I lost the charger and I cannot find a replacement. This is really disappointing, and I will make sure the next collar I buy has replacement parts available.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Best barking collar for small dogs

I bought this two months ago and my mini dachshund learned very quickly not to bark. He still barks sometimes when he's not wearing the collar, but I'm happy knowing my neighbors don't have to listen to barking when I'm not home.
I LOVE the gradual aspect to this. The first levels are very gentle, and the collar even resets to level one once barking is under control. My collar wasn't resetting properly, but the call center was very fast, friendly, and took care of the issue immediately. (The collar can be reset manually.)
Yes, I recommend this product.

Though you may already be doing so, in case this information is helpful we do recommend Dash never wear his collar when he's home alone, as we do always recommend bark collars only be worn when family members are close by to monitor dogs both for safety and training.

Too sensitive

I just watched my dog get shocked from sneezing, as well as other times in car rides. I’m not sure what the sensors are but it makes me nervous to even have dogs barking near her.

This is definitely unusual, as this collar is designed to respond specifically to barking, and typically will not respond to other sounds that are not barking. In rare situations this may be possible if the collar also receives enough vibration input at the exact same time, but we want to look into this particular situation further to make sure your collar is operating exactly as it should, and to see if any fit or use adjustments may help if it is. The NanoBark Collar

The collar works fairly well however I think it's a little bit too aggressive initially for the smaller dogs. The on/off button is quite difficult to use and ours seems like it's a bit messed up or they missed it on there QC check.
