Purchased 23 units of Pennington Pine Straw. Was delivered in a reasonable amount of time...week or two. It was wrapped in plastic and each compressed bale was also wrapped in plastic. Looks great once spread. Would definitely recommend and purchase again.

This mulch was easy for me to carry without any help, has a nice pine smell, and worked well as mulch to suppress weeds around my raised garden beds, and to make little "nests" around the bases of my seedlings to help with water retention and weed suppression. one bag covered 2 4x8 raised beds for me with 2-3 inches (fluffed) of needles, and a second bag was good for a 2-3 foot perimeter, with a layer of cardboard underneath.
