Do not pile mulch around base of tree as this holds moisture against the tree which can damage the bark and promote some diseases and or tree damaging insects. The product is great and size is better than other stores. However , the delivery service (not the actually delivery) was helpful. It was delivered one week before agreed and only the fact that I was nearby to the delivery site was a problem avoided. I had made three phone calls because I felt the delivery was mixed up but no help.
