The On Time Feeders Ultra Hunt Game Feeder can function as a dawn to dusk feeder with an easy adjustment for the amount of sunlight needed to activate. The wildlife feeder features a unique hunt mode that can supply continual short feedings throughout the day with up to 20 feedings during daylight hours. An optional control key can give you complete control of up to 4 feedings a day for 1 to 20 seconds per feeding. This wildlife feeder is ready to be used with a 6V lantern battery. Backed by a 1 year limited warranty.

Q: Can this be programmed to do 1 feeding per day or night for 5 days? And also, how much feed does it hold?

- A: Hello, The Ultra Hunt Feeder will feed at Dawn and Dusk and will begin doing so once a battery is installed. This particular item alone will not hold feed- it is the feeder/timer only and comes with a funnel to use to attach it to the bottom of a hopper. If you look at item #49000/Tomahawk Feeder or our #11113/Elite Feeder, these units are able to be set to a particular time and will go off at that time each day- up to 6 times a day. These item numbers are for the feeder/timer only. If you are looking for a hanger or tripod hopper, please search for the timer name and hanger or tripod such as: "Elite Feeder with Hanger", and the Tractor Supply website will pull up this option.3 days agoHelpful?

- A: Yes. It would need to be a 6v Solar Panel, and the feeder housing would need to be altered so that the solar panel wires can go inside to be connected.3 years agoHelpful?

Weird feeder

Bought this and I am new to day/night sensitive feeder. I did what the directions said. I set it on HUNT mode and its supposed to kick on for 2 seconds every 30 min. It only kicks on at 11am and 10:30 pm. Ive tried resetting. Looked online to trouble shoot( nothing). It does spin the feed out quickly and spreads a wide distant.
No, I do not recommend this product.
