Has a flaw

This rug is beautiful, I was thrilled at how it looked in our living room. Until I noticed a manufacturer flaw. I probably should send it back and have a replacement sent, but imagine it will be a hassle. If anyone in customer service sees this review and contacts me regarding a replacement, I would happily change my review.

Beautiful Rug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were so pleasantly surprised with this rug. It exceeded our expectations considering the price. The color and aged look were perfect. We replaced a very expensive old oriental rug that was starting To fall apart with this thinking it would be a temporary solution until we could find something better. Upon receiving the rug and putting it down in the room there is no need to replace it, it’s perfect!
