Shipping was quick. The heater works perfectly. On initial install it takes a few minutes for the gas to work it way to the pilot to ignite. Thermostat works as it should.

pick up waste of time!!

After purchase online with digital confirmation unit was in stock, I went to the TS to pick up the order and it was later cancelled due to the fact it wasn't in stock. it was great waste of time and travel for me to get an I'm sorry. I would recommend verifying it is in stock before the trip.

Warm all winter.

My furnace went out. I had to purchase something to heat my home while I saved up for a new furnace. Works great. Easy to install. I have a split level home. It kept my home nice a warm all winter.
