The Maxim 2.5 in. Bore x 12 in. Stroke WSB Swivel Ball Welded Cylinder features swivel ball mounts, which make it great for use on compact equipment. This swivel ball hydraulic cylinder is designed for demanding applications and is built to ensure maximum reliability and performance. Made for versatility, this hydraulic cylinder is designed for use in any double-acting applications.

Intended use of swivel ball hydraulic cylinder: double-acting applications
Piston: ductile iron
Piston lock nut: nylock nut
Gland: ductile iron with rod wear band
Tube: steel tube honed or skived for extended seal life
Tube seal: O-ring and backup
Rod: ground and polished hard chrome-plated rod
Rod seal: U-cup
Wiper: polyurethane
End mounts: spherical
All seals are manufactured to US specifications
Ports: O-ring boss
Max PSI: 3,000
Column load: 14,720 lb.
Hydraulic cylinder measures 19.5 in. retracted and 31.5 in. extended
Pin diameter of 1 in. and rod diameter of 1.5 in.

Welded cylinder

I have 3 of these cylinders, everyone has leaked after 25 or 30 hours. I have installed new seals in all of them, no problems since resealed.

No, I do not recommend this product.
