The Chief 3 in. Bore x 14 in. Stroke WT Welded Hydraulic Cylinder is a high-quality welded hydraulic cylinder designed for heavier loads. The rod and base ends are welded cross-tubes with grease zerks. Designed for performance, the hydraulic cylinder has a heavy-duty piston as well as a piston stem complete with wear rings to reduce friction, and the screw-in gland is removable from the rod end. It is ideally suited for construction and agricultural applications as well as other industries like metal fabricating, waste/recycling and OEM trailer manufacturing.Note: This product may require up to 2 additional days for order processing prior to shipping

  • Intended use: double-acting applications
  • Piston: ductile iron with wear ring(s)
  • Gland: ductile iron, screw-in design with wear ring
  • Tube: precision-honed steel
  • Rod: ground and polished chromed steel, minimum 75,000 PSI yield
  • Butt plate: steel
  • End Mounts: steel cross-tubes with grease zerk
  • Spacer tube: steel on 48 in. stroke and above
  • Gland seal: polyurethane U-cup
  • Wiper: polyurethane
  • Piston seal: 755 Hallite with wear ring(s)
  • All other seals are selected and designed for maximum life
  • Hydraulic cylinder is functionally tested and pressurized to 1.5 times the normal working pressure for max reliability
  • 3,000 PSI operating range on the welded hydraulic cylinder
  • Column load: 21,200 lb.
  • Includes SAE O-ring port hookups on small bores and NPT on large bores
  • Measures 22 in. retracted and 36 in. extended
  • Suitable for a variety of applications
  • Made in the USA with a 3 year limited warranty
  • Pin diameter of 1 in. and rod diameter of 1.75 in.

    Best place to have your cylinders rebuild

    when the cylinder were returned they looked like new. I have one installed and no problems.
