This thing flat worked for what I needed it for but it is loud. This is my first forced air heater so they probably are all like that but it sounds like a jet engine. Also, it got pretty expensive to run on the kerosene, didn't quite last as long as I thought it would have. But it would heat up my entire garage in about 2-3 minutes, I'd turn it on every 15 minutes or so to warm back up. After going through two buckets of kerosene I switched to diesel and ventilated the area better. Also, this thing will cut off when it gets low on fuel, not empty. I'd tilt the hole thing over to get it to get the last of the kerosene, then it ran for another 20 minutes or more. Only used during this past cold season and no major issues, I think it's better used outdoors or well ventilated buildings/garage with diesel for the fuel. Only recommend for certain applications.

The heater is easy to use. It started fine and worked well. After the first use I shut it off. An hour later the fuel tank was leaking. To empty the tank you have to flip the entire unit over. When I did this both of the handles I was holding broke. The result was about a gallon of kerosene spilled on me and my floor. The handles use small self tapping screws to hold them on. Poor design. Between that and the leak there could have been a real disaster. I’ll return the unit and try another one.
