Mounted directly to the top of a 20-pound propane tank (not included), this durable 16,000 BTU heater has a small footprint and is ultra-portable. Terrible quality and customer service

This is the third replacement since Jan 2025. I've had to do the instore warranty once in November and have also had another replaced by the company and then the brand new one they sent didn't even work. I had to be sent a new tip switch for it for me to install. Now the red plunger has failed and master customer service says they won't warranty it because I placed the original warranty in Jan of 2025. The new replacement under the warranty should be another year of coverage. Three failures in a little over a year. Don't waste your money and time on the product. Terrible product and service
