Dietary fat also supports a slick, shiny coat. Add Max-E-Glo Stabilized Rice Bran to your current feeding program as outlined.

Manna Pro Max-E-Glo Stabilized Rice Bran Pellet, 40 lb. is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 43.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made the difference in weight gain! I bought this last month when my mare was losing weight with a 4.5 month old foal at her side. The grass was dying down and the hay + mare/foal pellets just weren't keeping the weight on. Within a week of adding a 2 cups of this to each meal, she was back up to good weight and looking great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Weight gain without the crazy! I have had my thoroughbred on this for 8 years. I add it to his custom feed I make myself, and this helps keep weight on and is highly digestable and palatable. Great for horses with weight issues to add protein but not make them "hot".

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product! This is the brand that I usually use on my 19 year old horse. It keeps his weight up very well and doesn't look his age!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Alternative to Corn for Deer Feed I have been using this product within feeders on my deer lease for several years. The deer are crazy about rice bran! Since using rice bran consistently year round in my deer feeders I have seen the number of deers on my lease increase by at least 25%. I would highly recommend you try this is your deer feeders. I think you will be as pleased as I am by the results! This pellet version of rice bran lasts much better than non-pellet version.

My OTTB has an ulcer history and a sensitive gut, does this have any probiotics? Will it b harsh on his gut? And if so do you recommend a digestive aid to fed along with this for those ulcer prone TB's?

Asked by: poetr
Max E Glo would be a good choice since it is low in starch. Max E Glo does not contain any probiotics, but you can add our probiotic supplement Opti-Zyme.

Can I use this as my feed with bermuda grass hay and salt. Or is this meant to be fed as a supplement to a feeding program?

Asked by: Risky Corona
This product is typically used as a supplement in a feeding program. However, if your horse is an easy keeper and does not require a lot of calories per day you can feed it by itself. If your horse is a hard keeper, or in moderate work to where they need a lot of calories to sustain their weight I do not recommend feeding just Max E Glo. This is not a "complete" supplement, so if you wish to only feed Max E Glo you will need to add a vitamin and mineral supplement as well. I recommend adding our Sho-Glo to make sure your horse does not become deficient in any vitamins or minerals.

What is the difference between feeding the pellet versus the meal other than the $15 per bag? Feeding this to a horse that has PSSM & is allergic to Soy, Barley, & Flaxseed

Asked by: OER1
The pellet and the meal are the exact same nutritionally. The only difference is one is pelleted and one is in a meal form.
