Item Information

Max-E-Glo Stabilized Rice Bran Meal, the rice bran horse owners prefer, is a superior performance supplement specifically formulated for horses. Max-E-Glo is available in both pelleted and meal forms and offers several nutrition benefits for your horse:

  • One Year Freshness Guaranteed - Ensures that your horse is getting fresh, palatable product every time.
  • Unique Stabilization Process - Rice bran is the most nutritious part of the rice kernel, but it is important that it is stabilized properly. NutraCea's proprietary stabilization process ensures that Max-E-Glo will not become rancid.
  • "Cool" Nutrition - High fat and fiber content maintains energy without high-starch hyperactivity, providing your horse with a safe diet.
  • High Fat for Extra Energy - High in natural plant-based fat, highly digestible and very palatable.
  • Superior Top Dress - Mixes well with other feeds to provide a premium performance supplement.

Feeding Directions:
Max-E-Glo Stabilized Rice Bran is a rich source of fat and can be used to increase caloric intake in all classes of horses. Adding fat to the diet is a safe and effective way to provide the calories needed to support growth in young horses, fuel the activity of hard working performance horses, and build body condition in underweight horses. Dietary fat also supports a slick, shiny coat. Add Max-E-Glo Stabilized Rice Bran to your current feeding program as outlined in the table below.

Feeding instructions:
Weanlings: 2 oz. per 100 pounds of body weight per day
Yearlings: 2 oz. per 100 pounds of body weight per day
Two & three year olds:
Not in training: 1/2 to 1 pound per day

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Steadfast products used here for over 27 years ! For over a 27 year time span I have used the MannaPro products to maintain & supplement most if not ALL the wild & semi-wild mustangs sanctuaried here, as well as any young mustangs born here and the domesticated mustangs boarded here ...MannaPro is our GO TO suppliments! Most of the rescues come to my farm in a poor state and are immediately supplemented with Max e Glow or Cool Caleries Even the champion AQHA that reside here are maintained with Manna Pro roducts and have been all through out their lives, some are in their 20"s now! ALL my rabbits meat & pets in the rabbitry dens are exclusively fed MannaPro Rabbit Feed; even though the locally milled rabbit feeds are cheaper. Everyone that gets my rabbits AND mustangs from here all compliment how good they look.....I tell them "MannaPro products are what they want to stick with if they want to maintain the beauty & health of their animals that come from here.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great products! I have been using the rice meal and pellets for about 3 years now. The main reason was for weight gain, but have noticed a big improvement in my geldings hair and skin. I plan to keep using these products! Try it, your horse will love you for it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing I used to top dress with another rice bran product but my 10 horses were not getting the look I need. Switching to Max -E-Glo has all of my much loved horses gaining weight and look super Shiney and their overall appearance it excellent from adding Max-E-Glo to their daily diet.
