Q: tone colors. Those colors do not go with my gray tone siding. My last shed from Lifetime was in gray which is the perfect color to match our house.

- A: Sorry, but unfortunately the 8 ft. x 5 ft. shed is only manufactured in the tan color as of now. We are always making new products so it may be a possibility that this size of shed may be available in the gray color in the future but as of now there is no production of the the gray color. Q: Can this be painted?

- A: Our sheds are made to maintenance free and no painting is required. If you do choose to paint your shed you will want to make sure you use a paint that will adhere to the plastic. A primer may be required. Check with your local paint store for appropriate products. Be aware that painting your shed may void your warranty.3 years agoHelpful?
Q: How long does it take to assemble this shed?

- A: We hesitate to give assembly times as it greatly depends on the skill level of the person doing the assembly. We recommend two to three adults and on average will take 4-6 hours to complete. Detailed instructions are found in the assembly manual and can be downloaded from the manufacture’s website at lifetime.com under the model number. You can find manuals by scrolling all the way to the bottom of the web page and clicking on "Assembly Help". You can then search all products by model number and language. There are also assembly videos on YouTube you can watch on the Lifetime Assembly Channel.3 years agoHelpful?
Q: How far out does the door swing, from the front of the shed? I am wanting to put this shed between a wall, and the side of my house, with the door opening on the house side. Needs to be able to open without hitting the house.

Q: Would polyethylene melt with running generator? How hard would it be to cut some additional openings to add more ventilation? Other options you would recommend? Need 5'x3' and four or five feet tall.

Nice product but minor faulty

We just assemble this shed. Almost everything do through, but the 2 doors is to close together so the nuts behind the right handle touch hard to the left door. It causes us have to push real hard left side to slam in and when we pull out, we do reversely by holding left side then pull backward hardly to open. Although we tried someway to adjust the position, or lift up the frame but they weren't help. Specially this material is resin, we could not do anycorrection to the soor or frames.
