The K2 Pumps 1-1/4 in. x 60 in. Well Drive Point is used with shallow well or pitcher pump installations. It is constructed of stainless steel gauze mesh, with heavy-duty galvanized cast iron pipe and drive point. The drive point features 1-1/4 in. dia., 80 ga. gauze mesh size and 60 in. pipe length. It's designed to handle different types of soil, sand or gravel.

Pipe is way too soft to be a drive point. Didn't get it 1 ft in the ground before the threads all collapsed.

Bigger is better, when driving a well point!

I ordered this extra- long sand point so my 1/2 HP pump would always be satisfied. It was delivered in two days. Drove point 25 feet down using an electric jack hammer. We now have copious amounts of clean water for the house. After looking at the 36" points at competitors store, This point was a no brainer! Thank you TS
