Great Lightweight Homeowner Trimmer - Simple and Quiet
If you are looking for a reliable, no-fuss trimmer for standard yard maintenance, the Husqvarna 122C is an excellent choice.
What I Like Most:
Featherlight: At just around 9.8 pounds, it is incredibly easy to maneuver around flower beds and fence lines without wearing out your arms and back.
Surprisingly Quiet: Husqvarna engineered this engine to have a much lower noise output and a less harsh tone than typical 2-stroke trimmers. Your ears and your neighbors will appreciate it.
Starts and Runs with Ease: Between the Smart Start fuel pump and air purge and the auto-return stop switch, getting it fired up is incredibly straightforward. It handles beautifully for routine trimming.
The Bottom Line:
It is not built for clearing thick, heavy brush or commercial use, but for regular residential lawn edging and clearing light weeds, the balance of low weight, low noise, and ease of use is tough to beat. Highly recommended for homeowners who want gas power without the typical heavy-duty weight and roar.
