With a few tweaks, can be made great.

Ran awful right off the shelf. Had to adjust the carburetor, and yes, I was using the recommended Husqvarna fuel. Only took a couple of minutes to tweak. After that, it runs great. Starts easy and has plenty of power. No fuel leak, no complaints with the string that comes with it, as others have complained about both. Handle fastener is junk! Had to put some duct tape on the shaft to give the clamp some grip and had to drill a hole in 1 side of the handle and clamp and bolt it down. Just be prepared to adjust the carburetor , , fix the wimpy handle fastening system, and you will be happy. YouTube helps a lot with this.

Haven't even used maybe 6 times won't stay running dies when Givin throttle. And when it dose runwhen u place it in a piece of grass the heat slows down and kills the motor

Bought this trimmer after returning the straight shaft trimmer due to poor performance. This version was just as bad. Would not reach a high enough speed to work and the head fell off twice. Learned my lesson on buying Husqvarna weed trimmers. Complete junk. I suggest you try before you buy.

Best yet. I’ve owned three different trimmers and the Husqvarna is absolutely the best. Quiet, powerful and a snap to reload. Recommend curved shaft if your property is hilly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this Husqvarna trimmer to replace my old Husqvarna trimmer, which was a replacement of my previous Husqvarna trimmer. I can get about two to three years of work out of one before it poops out. I am trimming a pasture fenceline as well as around trees and the house, so I may be asking too much of it. It is easy to start and easy to use.
