Waste of my money. I live on a fixed income and I did without to buy what I thought was a "Troy-bilt" weed eater. Do not know who bought the company but they do not feel it is necessary to build a quality product. They should change the name to "almost Troy=bilt"

Mechanically this thing works exactly as you would expect for a unit of it size. It is a bit awkward. It’s in that space between it needs a strap for the shoulders, but it’s probably too small to actually get one. My biggest complaint about it is it did not come with an OEM head. IT’S SOME JUNK PIECE OF CRAP NOT WHAT WAS ORIGINALLY INTENDED TO BE ON IT. Unfortunately, for me, I ordered it at the end of the fall last year. I didn’t bother to use it until the spring. I looked up all the specifications and instructions and nothing worked the way it was supposed to. Finally I scanned a picture the head uploaded it to an AI platform and immediately came back and said that is not the head designed for this trimmer. And that made perfect sense. But of course it was too late for me to do anything about it as far as a return or replacement.

Didn't have a year and now it wont work what a waste of 200 dollars. I thought there was a 2 year warranty on this item.

My TB252S stopped runing , refilled fuel, and not wanting to run anymore. It was running fine. Now i cranks and dies, like no fuel. I cleaned carb 3 times, replaced spark, changed gas. Its 2 years old. Took the gas cap apart, cleaned, not sure what suppose to be on the return gas line , or how it works but its only a short line going into the tank, could that be the problem? I got blasters from pulling this guy, sometimes it will run a few seconds. I am done , can yoy advise whtat to do?… thanks, oh i always use 40-1 best grade fuel mix.
