Dissatisfied customer

Put the item together, then fueled it up but doesnt work. Very disappointed, as i were hoping to use it right away. Waited to allow for the carburetor to dry out, but still no change. Changed the spark plug and still no change. Dont know if it was just a bad machine or if it is the brand. I need to return, as it is such an inconvenience.
