Q: I have a 1980 Vespa Scooter 50cc 2cycle designed to run on 2% oil mixture. Would Trufuel be appropriate? How long can Trufuel remain in the tank without deteriorating?

- A: Trufuel states it can last for 2 years. I believe you can get the fuel premixed in 32:1, 40:1, & 50:1 ratios, or straight fuel, check your scooter, if its 2-cycle the oil mix ratio should be one of the ones I mentioned5 years agoHelpful?
Q: Small engine repair shop stated I can use 50:1 2 cycle mixture in my 4 cycle generator.Is this correct?

- A: We do not recommend using this 2 cycle mixture in your 4 cycle generator. The 2 cycle mixture will create more pressure inside the engine which can cause damage.8 years agoHelpful?
