Will this auger bit fit a Countyline 3 point tractor post hole auger?

Hi, this earth auger is desinged for our 1-2 man units and isn't designed for a 3 point system. This auger fits a round output shaft that is 7/8" in diameter. Thanks.

Will this work for digging a hole for a 4" x 4" post or would the 6" one be better?
