Every shop, no matter the size, can put a portable metal-cutting bandsaw to use. Tackle your metalworking projects with the G0926 4" x 5-1/2" Variable-Speed Metal-Cutting Bandsaw.

Cut round and rectangular metal workpieces at blade speeds between 85 and 195 FPM (Feet Per Minute).

Speed adjustments are as simple as rotating the blade speed dial until the speed display shows the speed desired.

The vise consists of a movable jaw and fixed jaw and can hold material up to 6" deep and be set to cut angles from 0° to 45°.

The portable platform with built-in wheels and retractable handle make it ideal for storing away or moving to where ever the job requires.

An adjustable work stop assets allows repetitive cutting operations. It will need to be adjusted any time it is removed or repositioned.

As an added safety feature, an automatic blade shutoff tab turns the machine off when the headstock is fully lowered.

The G0926 manual was written by our U.S.-based Technical Documentation Department and is packed with useful information. The complete and easy-to-read manual provides full instructions on how to assemble and maintain your metal-cutting bandsaw.

Parts for the bandsaw may be available online and shipped from the Grizzly parts warehouse in Springfield, MO.

    Good saw

    I like the saw just fine after I made a couple adjustments to the blade guides so it would cut nice and square. I really like the variable speed control and the fact it is direct drive! However I think for the price it should include casters and a vertical table attachment.

    4" x 5-1/2" Variable-Speed Metal-Cutting Bandsaw

    Runs smooth. Assembly was easy - instructions were very detailed. I like the down lock and up lock for the power head. It looks like your quality control is spot on. Also, I especially appreciate the tutorial in the owner's manual which explains how to "read" the chips for the best speed/feed setting for each type of material.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    Excellent small saw

    Most of my work involves fabrication for restomod cars along with common structural members such as angle, flat bar, round bar and tubing in steel and aluminum. I needed a horizontal band saw that didn't take up a lot of space, could make precise cuts yet capable of cutting 3" exhaust tubing in both steel and stainless steel. This smaller saw is perfect for my needs. Assembly was a snap, no adjustment was needed to get straight and square cuts. The design and construction are definitely in the upper scale of typical Chinese products. Far better than the "no name" saws found elsewhere. Last but not least, the owner's manual is top notch, complete with a comprehensive parts breakdown. I recommend this tool without hesitation.
