Grizzly is proud to offer this full-featured Extreme 17 in. Heavy-duty Bandsaw with cast iron wheels. The 2 HP motor powers through wood with a maximum cutting capacity of 12-1/8 in. height and a 16-1/4 in. throat is plenty for most applications. Features like the deluxe fence, extra wide cast-iron table, heavy-duty miter gauge, dual 4 in. dust ports, micro-adjusting geared table, and double ball-bearing blade guides are usually found on machines costing much more. And, the ISO 9001 factory designation assures high quality standards.

I have delayed buying a new band saw for quite some time, but Grizzly’s special sealed the deal. The saw is everything I expected. Runs true, strong motor, doesn’t bog down under pressure. It took a bit to unpack and assemble, but all in all worth it. It’s a beautiful machine.

Awesome machine

Have owned a month now. What a fantastic machine. Resaws oak like butter with the timber wolf blade. With the mobile base, the beast rolls nicely around the garage. Very stout and stable with no vibration. So glad I didn’t get the Rikon as it was available locally to me. Love all my Grizzly machines. My only complaint with Grizzly is they don’t have a retail location in Ohio

Nice machine

This is a good, solid machine for the price. Had a connection issue with the wiring soon after I bought it, easy to resolve tho. Only wish it would have a 3 hp motor! I use it a lot to resaw boards, with a 1" blade. Bogs it down fairly easy but gets the job done
