This welded wire fence is made of galvanized steel and has a galvanized zinc-coating for added durability. This welded wire can be used around your home or business. While we are not aware of any situations where zinc run-off has occurred and contaminated any vegetables or livestock, you may want to consider alternative options if you are highly concerned of the potential risk. Cheaply made, save your money

Cheaply welded, last 2 foot had large gaps like it was missing a wire. Welds break loose easily. I would not recommend this wire.
