Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not the best but not the worst Bought several rolls to build rabbit cages. The spacing could be better but the wire gauge strength worked well. My bunnies and safe and secure in their wire cages.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best value I've found I use it to build rabbit cages. Yes, the spacing isn't perfect - but I gave up on finding a reasonably priced perfectly spaced heavy gauge cage wire a long time ago. instead of cutting each side for the cages I bend the panel and make the 4 walls from one piece and J clip one corner. I then cut the top and bottom with a little overlap for each - it's much easier than trying to cut every panel and dimension perfectly, and makes it a lot sturdier. This is the best value. I could spend more and maybe have things spaced better - but it wouldn't be as strong.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not for gilded cages. I knew this would probably be OK, and it was for my project, what I don't get is why they can't even specify a wire gauge in the listing. Is that so hard? Are they worried that you'll try comparing wire gauges with competitors?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I agree...Spacing is not regular I bought a couple of rolls for this to build some rabbit cages using J-Clips. The spacing is irregular therefore when you cut side, top, etc panels they don't have the same dimensions because of irregular wire spacing. I basically wasted my money because the cages look terrible. I will definitely not buy this again. The word junk comes to mind...

Had same question previously asked about whether galvanized before or after welding. Product support said AFTER welding. Purchased locally same brand, can see that the wire was galvanized BEFORE welding. Can see uncoated blackish welding marks clearly.

Asked by: Bunnymomma
Thank you for your inquiry. We are very sorry about the confusion regarding the construction of our cage wire. It is galvanized after welding. Only our hardware cloth is galvanized before welding. If you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care team at 800-607-6409. Best, Product Support.

Where is mesh manufactured, is it paintable?

Asked by: James39
The mesh is manufactured in North Charleston, SC. In order to paint a mesh fencing correctly, you need a paint roller that has a minimum thickness of one inch.
