We used this for railing on our deck. It worked perfectly. A few squares were misshapen but were easily fixed with pliers.

Flimsy

Not the sturdiest of wire fences, rather flimsy. When I picked it up from the store, one end was dented in quite a bit. But since it's flimsy, I was able to straighten it out.
If you buy this, I'd suggest using posts every 4 feet to give better support. Mine are about 4 1/2 feet, should be ok but we shall see after a Western NY winter!

Practical and visually pleasing

This fencing is lightweight, so it is a bit flimsey but also easily worked. I used it under a line of wooded picket fence for extra protection against my dogs getting out. It looks very good together and works well. The black coating added cost, but it practically vanishes from sight and it all looks really good.

Used it for a deck rail.

We were repairing some issues on a rental house and the deck railing needed to be upgraded for safety purposes. We were able to attach this fencing to the top and bottom rail and eliminate all the bad looking pickets that had peeled and needed painting, and were too far apart.
