Q: What fitting do I need to use for garden hose connection

- A: To connect a standard 3/4" garden hose (GHT) to a 3/4" NPT bulkhead fitting on that tank, you need a 3/4" Male NPT to 3/4" Male GHT (Garden Hose Thread) adapter. Since NPT (National Pipe Thread) and GHT have different thread pitches and sealing methods, you cannot connect them directly. Fimco part number: 5005196.6 days agoHelpful?
